FAQ

How far in advance do I have to book my pamper party?
Bookings vary depending on each person's situation. We ask that in peak season Oct-April we have at least two months notice for a party. This is to ensure your number of guests can be catered for. Final numbers do not have to be confirmed until 4 weeks before the date of your pamper party. To ensure you are not disappointed and ensure you get the date you want, the sooner you book, the better you can be accommodated. Particularly during peak season!

How large a group can Pamper the Bride cater for?
There are no limitations on the size of your group. It is simply a question of timing, the venue and booking early. Pamper the Bride has catered for very large parties in the past. It is always a lot of fun however it does take a lot of organising for staff. If you are considering a larger party, the sooner you contact Nicole the better the chances are of having the day you want. In peak season, bookings of this size cannot be guaranteed if adequate notice is not given. The size of your party is limited by the size of your venue and availability of staff.

What do I have to do on the night?
On the night of your pamper party you only have minimal responsibility as Pamper the Bride takes care of the rest. We ask that you supply food and drink for your guests and for larger parties, other entertainment such as games and DVD's are often fun. Pamper parties are easy and we really take the load from you, as we do all the work.

Do I have to supply music?
Pamper the bride provides all the music for pamper parties from beginning to end; you don't need to worry about anything.

How much space do I have to provide?
The space we require to set up our relaxation space is very different from party to party depending on how many guests you have. Specific details like this are given to each client when their pamper party is booked.

How far will you travel?
Pamper the Bride travel all over Victoria. As we have staff all over Victoria we try to provide staff that live locally for your party. In instances where this is not possible, a travel fee may be charged. However, the more time we have to organise your party and organise staff the better it is for all of us.

How much deposit do I need?
A fee of $50 per person is required at the time of your booking. The final payment is required four weeks before your party.

What happens if I have more than the agreed at my Pamper party?
Pamper the Bride does its best to accommodate all parties. Changes in the number of guests can be changed at any time up to four weeks before your pamper party. After this date we try our best but we cannot guarantee that these people can be accommodated.

What happens if less than the agreed number at my Pamper party?
